This meditation series is appropriate for beginning or experienced meditators. We will explore seated and reclined meditations as well as specific breathing practices that improve your understanding and appreciation of the nature of magnetism, bioenergetics, and how to work with the entire human energy system to harness your full potential and thrive
This class is ONLINE. Once you register you will be given a link that allows you to connect by video or audio. The session will be recorded and made available for playback to all participants at the end of the program.
