Sunday, April 19th 11am-3pm.
In this four hour workshop you will:
- Learn a meditation that decreases stress, is energizing, and accesses positive emotions
- Understand how this practice promotes neuroplasticity (and what that is)
- Break the meditation practice down into digestible parts that help you understand the physiology of the breath and deepen your experience of meditation
- Identify areas in your body where there is pain or restriction and learn how to release them using meditation
- Learn to send and receive information within your body using your breath, awareness and intention
- Experience a practice that increases mindbody awareness and develops intuition
- Feel comfortable and confident practicing meditation. This meditation takes ten minutes and can be practiced anywhere.
- This meditation is the foundation practice for the alchemy & manifestation practices taught in the Moon Sessions and Business Alchemy programs.
We’ll be covering spiral breathing techniques. Class size is limited to 12 students for individualized attention.
This workshop is held online and will not be recorded, all participants must be able to attend live for personalized attention.
