What is BodyAttune

BodyAttune is a vision I had for many years before it became a reality – of creating a wellness practice dedicated to helping you develop, understand, and appreciate an empowered and co-created relationship to health.

Even though our bodies develop, grow, and function similarly, our personalities and needs regarding self-care can be widely varied. Thankfully, there are many ways to create a structured and supportive experience of fulfilling the dimensions of wellness: by providing information and education where needed as well as exploration into the unknown to discover new pathways that only your body understands.

At BodyAttune, we use established methods and tools that create awareness, develop intuition, and build self-confidence.

The approach can take on many forms depending on what your body needs that particular session. Over time this work cumulatively supports your ability for massive personal transformation on many levels: physical, spiritual, intellectual, environmental, and energetic. The BodyAttune approach increases your body’s ability to manage stress, creating resilience on all these levels.

As owner of BodyAttune, it is my commitment to cultivate a personalized experience that is both results-oriented and fun!

Many of your personality traits and belief systems were developed in utero. It was at this time that your body was a collection of generic stem cells dividing and migrating out to eventually develop into organs and body systems. The functions within and between the organs and body systems contribute to personal preferences, habits, and tendencies. In a sense, the connective tissue, which is in charge of circulating fluids and transmitting messages, carries these memories and uses them in making all the choices needed to keep you in balance. These memories and patterns, although deeply ingrained, are not unchangeable – they are simply how the body thinks about itself!

If we work within this framework, ready and willing to uncover these patterns and to shift them, we begin to empower ourselves toward a more harmonious relationship with the world around us.

Where we go and what we do within the context of your BodyAttune experience depends on your individual goals and interests.

Current BodyAttune clients come for all kinds of reasons: some for pure fitness, others to support through a life transition, some for health challenges, infertility, business development or even spiritual growth.

One thing is true for every BodyAttune client – they are getting closer to their center and finding new ways to understand and approach life with more positivity and vitality, and I am thrilled to be able to provide support on these many different levels to help each person experience success!
