What is BodyAttune

BodyAttune is a wellness practice dedicated to helping you develop, understand, and appreciate an empowered and co-created relationship to health.

Even though our bodies develop, grow, and function similarly, our personalities and needs regarding self-care can be widely varied. Thankfully, there are many ways to create a structured and supportive experience of fulfilling the dimensions of wellness: by providing information and education where needed as well as exploration into the unknown to discover new pathways that only your body understands.

At BodyAttune, we use established methods and tools that create awareness, develop intuition, and build self-confidence.

The approach can take on many forms depending on what your body needs that particular session. Over time this work cumulatively supports your ability for massive personal transformation on many levels: physical, spiritual, intellectual, environmental, and energetic. The BodyAttune approach increases your body’s ability to manage stress, creating resilience on all these levels.

Many of your personality traits and belief systems were developed in fetal life or early childhood, and are often being held as cellular memory that influences the relationships that occur between our different body systems and impacts our personal preferences, habits, and even our health. These memories and patterns, although deeply ingrained, are not unchangeable – they are simply how the body thinks about itself!


By working within this framework, using methods to access and uncover these patterns, we support shifting them into a more harmonious relationship that can have a profoundly beneficial impact on your health and well being. 

My desire is to help you move into a deep state of wellness and discover how magnificent you truly are! How we get there and what that path looks like will be entirely unique for each one of you. 

The BodyAttune approach honors your unique needs as an individual, develops your inner wisdom, and expands your human potential on all levels for your entire lifespan. That journey is sacred, and supporting you along that path is my passion, one that brings me joy!
