All calls are recorded, although it is highly encouraged to be live on the calls. Schedule is subject to minor changes and adjustments to support maximum participation.

Call Structure: Each call begins with an opening meditation followed by interactive group coaching; group discussion, reflection and next steps; group energy healing; and a closing meditation.
